B2BROKER Upgrades B2CORE: Focusing on User Control and Flexibility

After a series of CRM solution updates introducing one-click trading and integrating several trading software, B2BROKER elevates its game with a new B2CORE 18th release. This time, the company focuses on the user journey, improving the experience for brokers and customers.

The update preserves unique branding for specific business needs, offering them multiple customisation tools to convey brand messages, logos, and colors.

Admins can access the Back Office UI customisation settings to change the logo, adjust color themes, set design visuals, and add background images. These edits can be implemented directly without waiting for the deployment work-in-progress.

Optimising Financial Operations

In its new update, deposit and withdrawal processes were slightly tweaked to highlight transparency and suitability. For example, when conducting any payment, the system will automatically display the available methods based on the wallet and deposit/withdrawal currency.

This eliminates confusion and ensures that transactions are carried out using the right payment methods.

Additionally, the system will show a summary of the operation before confirming it, with real-time exchange rates that can be refreshed. The user will also receive a clear status update regarding the transaction progress to reduce the guesswork and improve accuracy.

User Onboarding Key Updates

To make the experience simpler and clearer, B2CORE has added guided onboarding, interface previews, and interactive hints for new users.

This means that newly registered users will be able to display key pages and screens before signing up and be prompted to verify right after registration to speed up the onboarding process.

New users will receive gentle tips and hints on how to make the most of the platform without distracting banners or pop-up windows, ensuring an intuitive journey.

Moreover, end-users can update their personal data directly from their Profile Settings page to reduce administrative processes and requests.

Improving The Savings Feature

B2CORE introduced the Savings Feature last year. This functionality enables investors to explore long-term profitability through fixed and flexible schemes.

Admins can set custom investment plans, fees, redemption, and rules. This two-way profitability model enables brokers to earn from accumulating fees while end-users profit in the long run.

In this update, B2CORE introduced “Early Redemption Rules” for users who want to cash out early from any investment plan, where brokers can set a percentage of the invested amount as an early exit fee.

Another adjustment in this feature is reducing the need to switch between pages to invest in a savings plan. For example, if a user wants additional funds or a new wallet, they can do so directly on the Savings interface.
